Every Makino startup includes customized operator training, manufacturing engineering assistance and complete documentation. Operators are trained on fixture and tool maintenance, how to set tools and fixture offset and proper part loading

Step 1
Before receiving your order. Based on examination of your parts and drawings. Makino prepares documentation on the machine tools that best meet your requirements, including machining time estimate (including a tool list), report on recommended number of machines, machines options and fixture concepts followed by test results.

Step 2
We provides a turnkey engineering estimate that comprises of design and manufacture of fixtures, tools and holders, machining test, orientation and training cost, machining of customer specified work piece quantity.

Step 3
After receiving the order, we will carry out a series of task starting from design and manufacture of fixtures, design and procurement of tools and holders, programming, machining test and quality inspection.
